Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, you have 5 days from the date of delivery to return it directly to our store at TEG.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn and unused
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Personalized items cannot be returned
  • Altered items cannot be returned
  • Specially ordered items cannot be returned unless they are faulty
